I am a creative, hardworking and a passionate individual. I am able to manage leadership roles while also able to be a good team player. In the appropriate situations I am able to work independently to reach target. I have six years of customer service experience. Throughout my life I have been able to develop excellent communication skills and customer service skills to be able to deal with customers, co-workers and managers adequately and efficiently.

I have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry. Shifts will range from providing bartending or customer service support for festivals, concerts and football matches. I had an internship with a company called Search as an admin assistant and the role was providing admin support to Search who is a recruiting agency.

I was answering telephone call, replying to emails and supporting staff. I also worked for Poundland as an retail assistant and the role involved serving customers and meeting customers expectations and also made sure the shop is looking presentable.

my most recent education was in Cit’s of Glasgow College. I was studying HNC Travel and Tourism and I passed the course.
