Having a family member with a highly decorated career, I was fortunate enough to gain a wide understanding of roles in Insurance by getting an insight whilst visiting this company . Introduced to many members of the industry, I was able to embrace their knowledge and connections, learning a variety of key information such as the role of underwriters, the different types of P&C insurance and how to professionally connect with other workers. I observed current insurance policies and oversaw a team that handled consistent service calls whilst successfully mantaining a high client rating daily. Learning skills such as writing reports on client feedback and conversing with client inquiries ,I am inspired to strive hard to be able to be in those positions I spoke to.
