Previously, I was responsible for expertise and research required to address questions or make recommendations concerning underwriting guidelines and procedures.

I’m looking for a new role that allows me to grow within my field. I've gained an extensive amount of knowledge and learned new skills from my previous role, which I'm grateful for. I believe I'm ready to use these newly acquired skills in a role that allows me to more easily grow and advance'.

Fully CeMAP qualified with most recent experience:

• Underwriting bridging loan applications within company lending criteria and funding partners guidelines by making quality lending decisions and articulate them fully.
• Manage a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment dealing with high volume workflows and prioritising accordingly.
• Be alert to the risks attributed to an application ensuring that the loan is both suitable and fit for purpose. -
• Recommending appropriate mitigation of risks where possible.
• Liaise with Surveyors, Solicitor, Brokers and customers.
• Asses new enquiry, issue HOTs, amending HOTs if needed after review of valuation report.
• Dealing with drawdowns, portfolio management, redemptions of loan, coaching and supporting underwriter and case managers within the team, etc.
