Experienced IT service desk support engineer with Triple Distinctions NVQ level 3 IT qualification.I thoroughly enjoy working in an IT environment and service desk support helping clients internally and externally.

Throughout my college level 3 in IT, I consistently enjoyed learning new IT skills, it quickly became a hobby as well as a formal education. This is highlighted in the fact that I gained a Triple Distinction, something that I am very proud of and my tutors were very complimentary about.
I was actively involved in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets from September 2013- April 2016.
This was a voluntary position, and I learned many different skills.
Focus Technology Solutions (January 2023 – November 2024)
Service Desk Engineer, prioritising and rectifying clients IT issues via a ticketing system within various SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
Typical issues worked on day to day were health checks on servers and creating backups. Utilising
RMM (Remote Monitoring Management) to connect to networks, routers, firewalls, machines and servers to investigate issues, update firmware and rebooting.
Also commissioning the clients phone systems and setting up new phones for clients.
Liaising with 3rd parties when necessary and always managing client requests and expectations positively.
