I have worked in retail most of my working life, previously at Marks and Spencer and later in Pharmacy for 25 years. I am enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable. I enjoy delivering excellent customer service ensuring the brand image is not tarnished. I have aquired many skills working with new technology, IT systems and updated procedures and policies. I am keen to find a part time position in retail.
I have work for 25 years in Pharmacy. Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring patient confidentiality with an empathetic attitude. I worked within a team following legal procedures. I enjoy working to time scales and keen to work with new initiatives to ensure the business can develop. I have enjoyed Pharmacy but feel a change will be for the good to give me a new challenge.
NVQ 2 for Pharmacy Dispensing. O Level in Maths, English, History, Biology and Art.
