I am an energetic and people-focused individual with six years of experience in customer service. I thrive on building positive relationships with colleagues and clients, making everyone feel valued and supported. I enjoy creating enjoyable experiences for those I interact with while also being organized, fast, tidy and detail oriented. Friendly, reliable, and proactive, I bring enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to every role, always aiming to make a meaningful and positive impact.

Over the past six years, I have gained a wide range of professional experience across eight roles, including teaching, waiting, gardening, cashiering, and baking. These positions have developed my ability to work with people from all backgrounds, deliver excellent customer service, and adapt to different work environments. I have strong organisational and multitasking skills, practical problem solving abilities, and experience managing responsibilities independently and within a team. My diverse experience has strengthened my communication, reliability, and flexibility, allowing me to approach every role with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine focus on making a positive impact.

I am currently studying Interior Architecture at university, which has strengthened my creativity, attention to detail, and organisational skills. My A levels in English, Maths, and Sociology have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and people-focused skills, all of which I apply when working with customers or as part of a team. Combined, my education has equipped me with the ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and create positive experiences for others, all of which are highly relevant to providing excellent service in a retail environment.
