Since Jan 2011, tasked to rebuild and optimise the Regent Vacation Club arm of the business, with full P&L responsibility. Led a team of approx. 60 staff (20 sales, 30 telemarketers, 10 admin). Reported to CEO of holding company. Day to day scope included reporting/analysis, forecasting, training, forecasting/prospecting, marketing/promotions and people management.
Set up and scaled a successful sales business, latterly with a t/o of £15m and 38 staff. The business provided large bespoke data stream networks to large multi-national and global organisations; an avenue that had previously been taken for granted by established companies such as British Telecom. Took charge of all aspects of running the business, while maintaining hand on involvement in sales activities and oversight of technical installations.
