I am a graduate in BAHons business management,

I have worked in a customer service role in sky for the last 5 yrs during the last 5 years i am now a customer service trainer

I have been training and managing new starters over the last 2 years sky have put me on many development programmes and also trials for the company, on the technical help side of new products

During university i was a customer service trainer and worked under the compliance of city of guilds, the company i worked for were called Astro Martin,

after graduating i applied for sky as a customer service advisor,

I have now been at sky for 5 years and I train and develop new teams, when a new team comes, i have to train them for a month and also manage them,

I have also been on multiple trials with sky on development of new products and trained advisors on how to help customer with these new products and how to deal with the technical side when help is needed,

I have a degree in business management, I graduated from manchester metropolitan university
