Working in front of house as a Waitress. Since turning 18, have also worked and served behind the bar, preparing drinks, taking payments and restocking the fridges when required. Have also completed a NPLQ in Life Guarding and help out when available and not needed on other shifts.

- Taking orders and informing the kitchen of the guests' requirements, along with noting any allergies or intolerances
