I am passionate about making people feel special, guests and clients feel heard and important and I am proud to achieve that in my current role as a Group Reservations Agent by being detailed, organized and making the most of the service and product that we offer.

Working in hospitality has been a challenging and rewarding experience so far and it has given me the opportunity to improve my customer service skills as well as gain knowledge and experience in sales and business development in a very busy environment.
