In Bupa I have been responsible for a number of changes in process and procedures both from a tactical and strategic approach, emphasis being on the latter. I’ve had some good achievements in this time,

• the launch of physio, and making evergreen agreement with annual projected savings of £7m
• built a huge network across operations, sales, marketing, and product and proposition
• legal agreement to be selective in our recognition process 
• changes in mental health – GAP process, identifying more child therapists, updating criteria
• Implementation of quality assurance, GDPR, business rules for quality and 3 step commission process

Prior to this, held a number of operational roles and also quality and compliance management.

Led teams of up to 500 directly and on a matrix management type role of up to 6000
