I have worked within the utility industry for over 16 years i have gained a vast amount of knowledge and understanding. I have worked as part of a supplier and Data collector which has given me a well rounded understanding of how we can best serve our end user customers as well as the business. As part of my current role i have to make sure we are meeting the industry guidelines, streamline process, maintaining quality and training within a team of 14 staff members and customer complaints.
I enjoy a challenge and learning as much as possible to keep things interesting for all.
