I am passionate about people and communication. I have 30 years of experience working in IT Industry facilitating numerous stakeholders and knowledge sharing running training workshops and seminars.
Across many projects I have coached and mentored many levels of staff and enjoy planning, resourcing, scheduling and organising either myself or teams of staff.
I have had over 30 years both full time and more recently the last two years freelance contract working on numerous IT / Systems projects that span over multiple departments and ERP business modules. I am passionate about excellent communication and planning and supporting individual users as well as middle and senior management with decision making and process reviews to help support their business - training users and documenting system and business requirements.
I am passionate about coaching and mentoring and want to support individuals more.
