With extensive experience delivering multiple concurrent SaaS, cloud and COTS solutions of varying sizes across FinTech, EdTech, MedTech, and Legal Tech sectors, I have a proven track record of managing implementations as well as full end-to-end SDLC delivery, from discovery through go-live and BAU transition.
My background includes leading cross-functional teams, managing portfolios of 50+ projects of varying sizes, and implementing cloud platforms like Progresso MIS and COTS systems such as Facility MIS, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. I bring strong expertise in project and portfolio management, applying PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
My experience includes stakeholder engagement at all levels, resource and capacity planning, risk and issue management, and reporting/forecasting to senior leadership. I have coordinated distributed teams across multiple domains, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality outcomes for complex consultancy projects.
