Motivated hospitality worker with two years of experience in front-of-house roles, bartending, and coffee service. Previously, at The Rasheligh in St Austell from April to August 2023, I maintained cleanliness and organization of guest tables, communicated dining orders to the kitchen, verified customer IDs for alcohol service, and resolved guest complaints professionally. I also collaborated with staff to ensure smooth operations, handled reservations, and accurately processed payments, all while minimizing customer wait times.
I completed my GCSEs at Richard Lander School in Truro from September 2017 to July 2022, achieving qualifications in History, Drama, Religious Education, Health & Social Care, Maths, English, and Science. Currently, I have recently completed A Levels in Film Studies and Sociology at Truro College beginning September 2022.
