My main responsibilities as Senior Project Manager at Dept include:
- Planning, forecasting and delivering digital projects (websites / new functionality) for clients such as London Marathon, Triumph Motorcycles and OVO Energy on time and to budget

- Planning, forecasting and delivering digital projects (websites / new functionality) for clients such as British Red Cross, United Utilities and IISS) on time and to budget

- Managing and delivering projects; ranging from software to logistics in a variety of industries within time, budget and quality
- Carrying out discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements in order to agree scope, aims, outcomes, risks, issues, approx. timelines etc.
- Documenting the requirements in a detailed Target Solution document to effectively plan

- Managing a portfolio of clients including Middlesbrough FC, Youth Sport Trust and Everyman Playhouse

- Biggest achievement was upselling a client for Single Sign-on functionality and delivering the work. It was quoted for 43 days and delivered within 35 days making £5,600 profit
