• Successfully delivered IT business change utilising a mix of offshore and onshore resources along with 3rd party resources and also 3rd party management.
• Successfully delivered initial fit-out of a Green field data centre, providing both network (WAN and LAN) and Infrastructure.
• Established a project management team to deliver bespoke fibre solutions for H2O Networks including implementing processes and procedures.
• Established and maintained internal and external relationships with the main client BT during the management of multiple geographical Core Fibre projects totalling £25m pa for Enterprise Managed Services.
