Ø Experience with large-scale multi-billion pound aerospace projects using integrated schedules across multiple stakeholders and businesses.
Ø Extremely proficient in the use of O365 products in particular Excel and a sharepoint super-user/ experience using project planning software e.g. MSP/PrimaVera
Ø Experienced project manager, with proven expertise in delivering highways and structures schemes at all stages of the project life-cycle.
Ø Experienced PMO analyst - with hands-on experience of maintaining a PMO that serves hundreds of staff and thousands of discrete projects providing key analytical data and resource management capabilities.
Ø Wide ranging experience of Highways England governance procedures, tools and best practices and ensuring policy and statutory compliance.
Ø Working with Clients and Stakeholders to better understand their requirements and successfully secure funding through value management.
Ø Management of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery to time, budget and quality.
Ø Extensive experience in the procurement of a wide range of goods and services including IT equipment and services and many types of Contractors.
