Heidi Dickson

I am an extremely outgoing and positive individual and I always do my best to put my full effort into any and all tasks provided to me. I absolutely love communicating with others whether that be my co workers or customers and love to make sure their needs are fully met.

I have excellent experience in customer service and communication as I have previously been employed as a waitress/food and drink runner. Throughout my time working at my past jobs I have developed a massive variety of skills such as; the ability to work well with others, amazing verbal communication skills, a desire to help people, the ability to work well under pressure, and fantastic professionalism.

I am currently looking for employment in any range of industries as I fully enjoy to learn new skills and work.

My most recent past employment was waitressing/ food running. I worked for the amazing Antony Worell-Thompson at The Greyhound, Rotherfeild, Peppard for just under a year. Throughout my time here I helped welcome customers, transported food from the kitchen to the tables, cleaned the kitchen and dining area, sorted out stock, and performed regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs were fully met.

I am currently studying my second year of Beauty Therapy at Activate Learning, Reading. I am fully qualified as a Level 1 beauty therapist due to my studies last year and am now hoping to finish my Level 2 by June 2024.
