- Held Senior Management positions around the globe (London, New York & Singapore);
- Held Board positions across multiple jurisdictions;
- Knowledge and experience of working in complex organisations;
- Track record of building businesses);
- Experience in working out complex assets including preparation for divestment;
- Diverse knowledge base – Operations, Compliance, Global Markets (Sales & Trading), Investment Banking and Commercial Operating Companies;
- Building and overseeing a robust control/governance framework (e.g. 3 Lines of Defence);
- Lead implementation on recent regulatory changes covering SMCR, Operational Resilience, ICARA, Wind-Down planning, Consumer Duty etc.;
- Managing staff across a global footprint;
- Interaction with global regulatory bodies – FCA, Federal Reserve, NY State Banking, ECB (inc Bundesbank), MAS & HKMA.
