Lighting, I led a complete business turnaround from a £2M loss to a £3M profit within two years. At IVITI Lighting, I launched and scaled a business that grew revenues by over 300% in three years, earning Tier One supplier status among the UK’s top electrical wholesalers.
In response to market challenges during the Covid period, I co-founded Senslite Ltd in August 2020, where I currently serve as Managing Director. The business specialises in innovative electrical products sold across the wholesale sector, Amazon Direct Fulfilment, and direct-to-contractor channels. I personally led product development, global sourcing, and e-commerce strategy, creating the patented SpacerConnect product line and securing national accounts and independent distributors.
I also built and managethe full operational infrastructure including sales, finance,administration, and supplychain functions. This role has allowed me to stay connected to the sector, innovate quickly, and build a strong foundation in digital retail and manufacturing partnerships.
As a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, I bring strong governance, boardroom experience, and a strategic mindset, underpinned by technical knowledge and entrepreneurial insight. My work as a Non-Executive Director in listed businesses and startups alike has helped shape forward- thinking strategies, secure institutional investment, and lay the groundwork for sustainable growth.
I am now seeking a senior executive position, Chair ,CEO, MD, OD, Country Manager or equivalent permanent role , where I can apply my leadership capabilities, sector expertise, and strategic foresight to drive value creation, operational excellence, and long-term business transformation.
