I am an active listener. In my experience, I find this helps with reducing customer frustration and complaints, as I would have a clear understanding of how I can best assist. I am committed, passionate, and prompt. I am a passionate individual who takes pride in the work that i do, this enables me to fulfil my daily duties to the best of my abilities. I truly enjoy helping people as I find this is where I thrive. There is no better feeling for me, then knowing that I have made a difference, or brightened up the consumers day. I do this simply by providing acknowledgement, empathy and understanding. Above all, providing the customer with the service of high standards I would expect to receive.
