Jack Cove

My name is Jack Cove and I am a 28 year old man with over 10 years worth of experience working in customer service and have also managed to gain a lot of managerial experience in that time as well. I am really passionate about fantastic customer service and I have learnt during my time working for reputable organisations such as Lloyds Bank and Unity Trust Bank a number of skills such as creating a comfortable experience for the customers that I have taken responsibility for, meeting the short term and long term needs of the customer and making sure to exceed the expectations of my employer, colleagues and the customer.

My current role is working for Warwick District Council in the Town Planning department, but before that I worked for Unity Trust Bank, based in Birmingham and Lloyds Bank in Wolverhampton.

While working for Lloyds Bank, a large part of my job role was to prepare proposals that were intended to improve customer satisfaction and the overall simplicity of our banking systems as well as talking with a range of different customers with the aim of improving their banking experience with us. Due to my consistently high-performance level and extensive knowledge of the role, I was able to gain experience managing and leading a team while working at Lloyds Banking Group. My manager at the time was absent on Maternity leave and left me in charge while she was away, she was able to do this because she was confident in not only my passion for delivering a service that was second to none to our customers. I worked here from 2017 - 2022

While working for Unity Trust Bank, I was lucky enough to be able to speak to another demographic of clientele on the phone, daily. The main customer base at this bank is charities and unions, I ensured that I was able to deliver the very best service possible to every single customer that I spoke to. I was also tasked with answering customer queries sent in via email. I worked for Unity Trust from February 2022 - August 2023.

I studied English Language and Literature at The University of Wolverhampton where I left with a 2:2.

I studied English Language and Literature at college where I achieved a C, Physics where I got a B and Film Studies which resulted in a final grade of a B.
