Medical Receptionist (Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Oncology Haematology Outpatients)

To input codes onto PAS for all RTT.
Prioritising and arranging appointments.
Checking patients in for their radiotherapy and/or clinics.
Make Outpatient appointments as required and in response to urgent referrals, liaise with the consultants secretaries to assist with overbooking
Update RTT in accordance with the Trust.
Utilise PAS and other departmental patient databases
