Dedicated Mercedes-Benz Certified Diagnostic Technician in training with a deep passion for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Over 9 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues whilst also becoming the lead subject matter expert within my workshop. I am committed to ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and excel at team work.

In my spare time, I enjoy building my project car. By creating a one-of-a-kind vehicle, this hobby has allowed me to expand my skill set such as teaching myself how to weld. As well as this, it allows me to keep up to date with latest advancements in automotive performance, and experiment with clever techniques and fixes for specific problems.

I am dedicated and hardworking which allows me to deliver high quality tasks efficiently. I always achieve above my productivity threshold and have been commended on my time management skills.

Driven by a genuine passion for repairing cars, I excel in diagnosing and identifying electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and mentoring junior technicians. My enthusiasm for automotive technology has allowed me to become one of the leading technicians in High Voltage Diagnostic and Repairs within my workplace. I take great pride in ensuring that vehicles are repaired correctly on the first visit, while maintaining complete transparency and achieving full customer satisfaction.
