I am a friendly and driven automotive professional with over 18 years of experience in the motor trade, including extensive technical expertise and leadership within the Mercedes-Benz network. Starting as a Maintenance Technician progressing to Diagnostic/Master Technician & Workshop Team Leader to my current role as Workshop manager at Mercedes-Benz of Stratford. I have developed a strong foundation in vehicle fault diagnosis, technical repairs, maintenance, customer service and more recently leadership while being responsible for a team that has grown to 27.
