I am well versed in the Mercedes Benz product and I have over 30 years’ experience.
My role in our independent Mercedes workshop consisted of day to day running of the workshop, allocating jobs to the technicians, recruiting new staff and interviewing. I also ordered parts, and invoiced customers, data entry, liaised with warranty companies. I am also proficient with Mercedes Webparts and data entry on the Mercedes DSB for services.
I am proficient at telephone bookings and enquiries, and I have excellent customer service skills whether on the phone or face to face. I am accustomed to working very hard and will go over and above to make sure targets are met and jobs completed as I worked if necessary over 60 hours a week but still maintaining a friendly persona.
As someone who worked in the motor industry my skills are transferable to any dealership or garage as the principles remain the same, be a valued team member, have great customer service skills and remembering that everyone in the workplace contributes to targets that need to be met.
