Step-up Team Leader
My key responsibilities as a Team Leader include answering customer enquiries, carrying out stock level checks, investigating list sales and money handling; this includes floating tills and cashing up at the end of a shift as well as managing staff both on tills and shop floor.
Maintaining stock levels & correct pricing on the Star Buy section alongside maintainence of other instore sections.
A-Levels in English literature and language, history and psychology.
