My day-to-day role consists of speaking to customers to find their perfect car, agreeing the price and any finance options compliantly to secure the customers business. Asking questions to understand the customer’s needs, test drive to be offered to every customer, telephone and showroom. Currently selling/delivering nearly 30 cars per month ensuring that every customer has a 48 hour follow up call, also requesting a 5-star review.
I send over a CitNow to every customer enquiry, to engage with the customer. I use my dairy management system to plan, be organised and meet deadlines for the month. I have very strong work ethic always putting in more hours than contracted to be the best I can, selling around 30 cars per month.
