Over 20 years in IT and supporting customers and IT operational delivery, 12 specifically in Service Delivery with 6 years being a Deputy Director (in name only) and Senior business leader within my current organisation. Member of the Operation Programme board, Chairman of the Change Board and Audit and Compliance IT owner, including Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR, COBIT 5 and key contact for all External Auditors.
Operational and Strategic within different sectors, Retail, Housing, Charity. Customer facing both internal and external customers. Experience of managing in and outsourced functions. Hands on experience of leading larger teams across multiple workstreams, working to KPi's project deadlines and internal targets.
ITIL 3 and COBIT 5 certifications. GDPR certification and numerous internal management courses including management best practices, Leadership Team inclusion training.
