I am hard working, reliable and honest, I enjoy working within a team or individually. I have gained multiple skills while working at Lancaster House I started as a cleaner and then progressed to linen porter and then I got promoted to supervisor, then to assistant housekeeper. I am always happy to try new things and get extra experience when I can.
In my spare time I love to spend as much time with my 3 year old boy and family also love to go on walks in the countryside. I do have a driving license but no car at the moment
Housekeeping Supervisor at The Sun Hotel & bar (2025-10 – Present)
My main duties include helping run and manage a team of 4 people, in a16 bed hotel, supervising and guiding the team to work to their best potential and making sure the standards of the hotel are kept and I help train staff of the health and safety, guest services and COSHH also I help with ordering stock, I am also responsible for supervising the linen services and ensuring the delivery is correct and if not to contacted linen company, I will also deal with customer service problems which occur within the department, if I cannot help I will pass on to my line manager.
