About

I started in the catering industry at a very young age and have gained a wide range of experience over the years in both the kitchen and front of the house, working in different areas of the industry from outside catering companies, teaching bars and restaurants, and even in the West Ham executive boxes, managed my own companies as well as working for other people. In both, I would lead a team of people to ensure the job in hand gets done to the best standard possible as well as sell events to customers.
