I'm an experienced and resourceful HR Manager who has primarily worked in hospitality, with the focus on HR for the last 6 years.
I have number of skills including management of employee life cycle, employee relations, on and off boarding, payroll, health & safety and compliance, training, budgets and forecasting. Wide experience of setting up and working with various platforms, from HRIS, H&S and training systems and communication systems.
I am particularly keen on the wellbeing and supportive aspects of people management and believe this is ultimately the way to look after teams and keep the workforce strong and positive, along with paying well and fairly and offering useable benefits. I have a very approachable, hands on demeanour that is instrumental in supporting, coaching and mentoring managers and providing the best guidance possible.
