As the Manager at Ditto Coffee, I was responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences, overseeing staff, and managing operations efficiently. In my previous role as a Team Leader at The Bushel, I trained staff, managed customer inquiries, and ensured smooth service.
Earlier positions as a Barista, Barmaid, and Waitress helped me further develop my skills in customer service, team collaboration, and handling high-pressure environments. Additionally, my experience as an Office Assistant and volunteer work has strengthened my organizational abilities and attention to detail.
My education has provided a solid foundation for a customer service role. My degree in Interior Architecture from Sheffield Hallam University honed my attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills, all of which are essential in understanding and meeting customer needs.
