I am an experienced digital strategy and transformation lead with over 15 years in the digital, creative, and client-services industry, alongside earlier commercial leadership roles in the automotive sector. I’m passionate about solving complex problems through well-designed digital experiences, improving how organisations communicate, and creating positive change for the communities I work with. My key skills include discovery and user research, workflow and systems design, stakeholder engagement, UX-led project delivery, and cross-functional team leadership.
I also serve as the Mayor of St Ives, strengthening my communication, governance, and strategic decision-making. I am now looking for a full-time role where I can bring my blend of digital expertise, people leadership, and transformation experience to a new challenge.
Digital Project Manager – Meor Design (2020–Present) (2013 - 2020 Freelance - project based)
Lead digital delivery and client strategy across multiple sectors, delivering 40+ websites and digital service projects. Responsible for discovery, UX, workflow design, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team leadership.
Associate Consultant (project based) – Morgan Workplace (c. 2013–2020)
Worked in a flexible, freelance capacity alongside Meor, supporting placeshaping and workplace projects. Engaged with stakeholders and service users to understand needs, shape proposals, and contribute to strategies that improved how people experience spaces and services.
Truck Sales Account Manager – Michelin Tyre Company (2011–2013)
Managed a South West regional portfolio of commercial fleet clients, overseeing sales cycles, technical product support, performance analysis, and account growth.
Director & Dealer Principal – St Ives Motor Company (2002–2011)
Managed a Ford dealership with approx. 30 staff across sales, service, and parts. Led P&L, operations, customer experience, and commercial performance.
Mayor of St Ives – St Ives Town Council (2023–Present)
Elected civic leader serving on the Senior Leadership Team. Chair of key committees and working groups, contributing to multimillion-pound Town Deal projects and leading stakeholder engagement, communication, and governance activities. (Voluntary role – listed separately but relevant to leadership & strategy.)
