I have over 20 years experience as a HLTA working in primary education in every key stage. I cover PPA ,short term absence and course cover. I am able to communicate well and feel I am of a friendly disposition. I am able to maintain good relationships with both students and parents. I am a good team player and enjoy the challenges of working with a variety of children from age 3 to 11.
