I am a motivated and reliable individual who has successfully completed two years of Health and Social Care, achieving Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications. Through my studies, I developed strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills, as well as an understanding of working responsibly and supporting others. Alongside my education, I have gained practical experience working as a waitress and bartender across three different restaurants, where I built excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and confidence in handling busy environments.
