Customer-focused professional with a background in sales, business operations and customer service, now looking to build a career in the property industry. For approximately seven years, I worked alongside my business partner in an online handmade-products business, helping develop new products, set prices, create product listings and photographs, and serve customers internationally. My experience has developed my ability to organise competing priorities, meet deadlines, communicate with people from different backgrounds and take responsibility for getting things done.

My own experience of renting in the UK, together with helping a Ukrainian friend with the process, has strengthened my interest in property and the importance of providing clear, helpful support. I enjoy meeting people, driving and arranging activities that help others.
