Hi, I’m Kat!
I have over 14 years face-to-face customer service experience, along with an office-based role totalling 1 year whilst pregnant and “grounded” from my role as Cabin Crew.
I have worked across the retail and aviation sectors and this includes experience managing a team both within the Retail and Airljne sectors.
I am a fast learner, with competent IT skills including microsoft and social media. I enjoy working with clients/customers, whether that be to achieve an end goal or a great experience.
I am currently looking for part time work (between 2-3 days PW) in and around Solihull, West Midlands.
I am an extremely organised individual, who is hard working, dependable and patient.
I work well both within a team, as well as solo.
In my spare time I love to take my children on days out, or go to a National Trust. I enjoy Shopping & helping my schools PTA with any upcoming event organising or Social Media posts.
14 years Customer Service experience throughout the retail and aviation sectors.
1 year admin/receptionist experience in the Aviation sector.
Team Management experience both within Retail and Aviation Sectors of a team of up to 15.
Photography and Art - Stratford Upon Avon College.
