My skills in the workplace are expressed in my ability to resolve issues in demanding situations. My problem-solving skills are of great importance as I've learned by myself how to handle stressful situations and provide excellent results for customers/clients. I believe that being trained by others in a specific area by other people is not useful because these people won’t be there for you all the time and if you rely on others and their advice you’ll never learn or grow.
Communication is key in the workplace. I don’t think there’s a wrong and right side of an argument- rather it's two valuable points of view. So, situations,
where quick and professional thinking is expected personally for me, are an opportunity to listen to the other person and try to understand where they are coming from and why they are concerned about a specific situation or a topic.
This approach helps build trust in the workplace which would lead to success for the company and employer.

My interest in this position is directly related to the degree I was able to obtain
(BA in International Relations) The knowledge I gained about the relations between countries - be it political and economic, showed me the complexity concerning agreements, conditions and challenges in world politics and economics. For this reason, I believe my application will contribute to positive changes. My activity, and interest in global dynamics together with my skills to study and analyse problems are important qualities that lead to positive changes for an employer.
