During my placement year as an Operations Manager at Esprit Journeys Pvt. Ltd. from May 2023 to December 2023, I honed my skills in planning, organizing, and overseeing organizational activities. My key responsibilities included maintaining accurate records to balance revenues and costs, procuring materials and resources, and formulating strategies to improve overall performance.

These tasks enabled me to develop a strong foundation in operational management and strategic planning, directly contributing to the company's efficiency and success.
