I am a very eager chef, I also enjoy going to the gym, I have 6 years of kitchen experience and 5 of them years from a commi chef to a chef de parti, I went to college for 2 years prior and achieved my NVQ level 2 in cooking
Working at wivenhoe house for almost 2 years, I did the job of a commi, chef de parti, and even had to fill in for the sous chef a few times, so I can handle a team in the kitchen, and make sure I get my work done whilst everyone else is doing there’s correctly, and have also taught university students how to cook.
