I am 20 years old looking for experience in pastry and more chef experience in France. I have been in the industry for about 5 years and went to collage for 3 years doing hospitality and catering
I have been to college doing hospitality and catering, I have worked in a burger and fish and chip van in the local park where I live. I have also worked in a local restaurant in the town centre now in a 4* hotel.
My most recent work is working in 4* Rushton hall hotel and spa as a chef de partie. I have worked here for 1 and a half years now and I work and look after a section of the kitchen
