GoStudent December 3rd 2021 – June 30th 2023
Role: Online tutor
Working with GoStudent as an online tutor by providing support in English Language and Literature to Primary and Secondary school students as well as A-level students.
I tutor two students who are working towards their English GCSE examinations. I assist these students with their reading and writing skills.
I will sometimes take on other students when one of my peers is unable to teach due to an illness for example.

Role: Customer assistant
Providing impeccable customer service whilst taking orders and answering common queries related to flower arrangements and aftercare.
Assisting leadership in managing the stock records effectively and producing daily reports related to orders, sales, and upselling.
Regularly completed administrative tasks to ensure that company’s accountant had up to date information and all stakeholders are able to liaison to ensure continuous service.
Birmingham Magistrates Court August 5th – August 16th, 2019
Role: Assistant
Assisting Legal Advisors during the court hearing process by listening to what has been said and noting down the most valuable information.
Understanding each case by reading the case notes provided to me by the Legal Advisors.
Asking questions when I am unsure of certain phrases and language used within court hearings.

Role: Volunteer
Attended weekly during my free periods on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Supported the students with their daily routines by assisting them in simple tasks such as getting them ready for lunch.
Contributing to the lessons by assisting the teacher I was working with.
