I hold advanced qualifications in media-related fields, enabling me to transfer my creative skills to qualities necessary for the position of Customer Service assistant, including visual marketing, digital literacy, composition, and a flair for organisation and aesthetics. I am an empathic and highly attentive communicator and have a deep respect for the military community.
