I have over 25 years experience in customer service. I am currently working for the transport of London at home via a call centre portal. Daily duties include taking calls from customers refunding their journeys, completing their journeys. Updating their accounts.
In my spare time I am a voluntary director of on of the biggest motorocrss governing bodies In the UK, We look after and run the clubs in our network we have over 2000 riders. We organise national events for our riders to compete at. This includes running the events from start to finish, organising signing on, bookings, toilets ,skips, first aid., trophies etc.
The highest level of education I have is GNVQ's and GCSE's
