I am a highly organised and reliable operations and management professional. I have 8 years experience of managing teams, logistics, health and safety and day-to day operations in a variety of fast-paced environments in childcare and events. I am looking to transition into a hands-on production role where I can bring my strong team work, organisation and practical problem solving skills.

In my spare time I like to keep myself active by running and cycling, as well as creative tasks such as 3D printing, painting and some bike/car mechanics.

Deputy Site Manager at FUNdays Club Ltd (2026-03 – Present)

• I support the manager by planning and organising detailed daily activities specialising in sports sessions for the children. I ensure activities are safe and clearly communicated to staff.
• I work closely with the team of managers and deputies across the organisation to develop, review and improve activity planning to maintain high standard and consistency throughout all sites.
• I build positive working relationships with the rest of my team, parents and children through strong teamwork and communication.
• I have to maintain accurate records including registers, safeguarding documentation and maintain a strong attention to detail.
• I use a number of different softwares and resources holistically during my planning and preparation time to ensure all areas are covered for each session and can be carried out effectively within the team.

Nursery Assistant at Westview Nursery (2025-10 – 2026-03)

While working at Westview, I assisted in the smooth runnings of a busy 30 place preschool as well as ensuring paperwork was filled out daily during our outings with the children. I also assisted in running the forest school alongside forest school leaders, ensuring we were adhering to health and safety measures while always assessing the area around us for any immediate or potential dangers to the children.

Nursery Assistant at Happy Days Nurseries (2025-02 – 2025-10)

While at happy days I assisted in the day to day runnings of the preschool alongside my colleagues and would be a preschool and team leader for half of the working week. Jobs included ensuring safety and safeguarding of all children within the busy setting as well as ensuring safety and safeguarding of the team. I would also provide tailored support to the children based on their individual holistic development needs whilst also keeping a detailed log of these and providing this as feedback to parents, offering guidance where appropriate.

I would manage behavioural challenges in a calm and effective manner using constructive methods for both myself and the children and also using problem solving skills to ensure physical safety, emotional well being of the child as well as ensuring myself and the team are well safeguarded.

Events and Operations Manager at SuperPirates (2017 – 2025-02)

• Managed day to day operations across multiple festivals, based around the UK and also school based settings. This included coordinating logistics, activity planning and resource/stock management as well as organising the events team alongside the administrative staff.
• I took the lead as health and safety manager for set-ups and pack downs for large events maintaining health and safety standards throughout.
• I completed risk assessments and acted as quality control for our wrap around clubs within schools across 5 different Bath based sites, ensuring equipment and working environments were safe, organised and operational. My role also included managing stock and supplies to make sure clubs and festival kit were resourced and stocked appropriately.
• With my experience of working at festivals and with children, I'm used to plans changing, so I am confident working in fast pace environments and using my initiative to adapt plans in a moments notice.
• I built a strong reputation for reliability and organisation within the company and with external clients whilst maintaining high operational standards.
• During the busy summer periods, all setups and pack downs at festivals included manual labour and heavy lifting as well as light construction of marquees and inflatable resources.
• I took responsibility for a lot of design work for internal documents including staff training posters and resource labels as well as creating, printing and packaging bespoke birthday invitations for parties.

Volunteer Youth Worker and mentor at Southside (2019-09 – 2020-09)

I volunteered as a youth worker while studying at college and working part time managing wrap around care and events. My role here started as basic youth support at the club, assisting in day to day runnings of the youth club but soon evolved into a more involved and in depth role after I expressed interest in developing my role there. I went on to do a youth mentoring and counselling course with the company that closely worked with another company offering support for those recovering from addiction and looking for work.

My role soon meant I was in charge of a small intervention group of around 10 people either looking for support with mental health or looking for support within school/college or work. Many tasks involved 1:1 guidance for young people to help find a role within the work place or find a course suitable for them based on their strengths, grades and qualifications as well as assisting them in their writing skills to ensure they present themselves in a professional manner to be attractive to prospectus employers or tutors.

My role was to assist the teacher and sometimes lead the class during the day in their learning and activities.

Retail Assistant at Sainsbury's (2018 – 2019)

• Worked efficiently in a busty retail environment, worked on the tills maintaining accuracy and attention to details whilst handling customer transactions, as well as keeping targets met for items scanned per minute.
• Assisted with general shop floor tasks to support smooth daily operations including cleaning, stock check and loading cages with appropriate produce.
• Managed busy periods while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
• I acted as a friendly face running the kiosk within the supermarket selling age restricted items and dealing with customer queries, returns and complaints as a customer service desk.

Volunteer Nursery Assistant at Combe Down Nursery (2017 – 2018)

My role was to plan and carry out activities. Serve hot food to parents and children and ensure a level of cleanliness and tidiness was kept in the building and during meal times.
