As a dedicated and resilient professional with a strong background in front-of-house customer service, I understand the value of hard work and perseverance. With many years of experience in the fast-paced and dynamic restaurant industry, I have honed my skills in problem-solving, adaptability, and creative thinking. Seeking new challenges and opportunities, I transitioned into customer experience (CX) consulting, where I leveraged my expertise in training, customer service and CX strategy implementation to help businesses optimise their CX activities and improve customer experiences.

I have an extensive background in direct customer service from my time in the hospitality industry. I went on to leverage that knowledge and skill-set to work with high-profile clients to enhance their customer service experiences in my role as a CX consultant, and later utilised my communication skills in a role in business development.
