I'm currently a student at Edinburgh College interested in part time positions. I'm experienced in Front of House work, having worked at higher end restaurants for the past few years. Attaching to my CV, you will find I am a certified waiter, which I achieved by completing my culinary practical exam with honours(any mark above 80%). Great customer service is something I strive for, as making someones dining experience exceptional is something I find very fulfilling.
Last year I worked full time at a restaurant in Edinburgh called Ondine: Oyster Bar and Grill. Ondine is a fast paced work environment focused on delivering delicious high quality dishes to customers
I completed my hotel training alongside High School. I achieved a grade above 80% in my practical exam, which granted me Honours as a Certified Waiter
