As a former Onboarding Support Manager at Smart Pension, I contributed to processes that ensured smooth transitions for new employees while maintaining accurate data and compliance with regulatory standards. My experience in onboarding support and pension administration enabled me to develop competencies in managing sensitive information, stakeholder communication, and working effectively in fast-paced environments. With a PGCE in Primary Education from the University of Derby and a BA in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Sussex, I am motivated to bring my organizational skills and attention to detail to HR and People Operations roles. I am passionate about creating positive employee experiences and am eager to contribute to collaborative, people-focused teams.
I am an organised and detail-oriented professional with over two years’ experience in pension administration and onboarding support at Smart Pension. In these roles, I supported employers and employees with account set-up, compliance monitoring, data management, and handling sensitive information in line with regulatory requirements. I regularly liaised with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient administrative processes.
I have strong experience managing queries, coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining spreadsheets and documentation, and delivering training sessions. My background in both financial services and education has strengthened my communication skills, discretion, and ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. I am highly organised, able to prioritise competing deadlines, and confident working in fast-paced, process-driven environments — making me well-suited to an HR or administrative role.
